Radcliffe Chambers is delivering a range of training workshops across its areas of practice and organising social events so that junior lawyers can get to know its barristers and fellow solicitors and ask those questions they may have previously been too afraid to ask of counsel.
The events are part of the Junior Practitioner Programme.
Litigation and dispute resolution can be daunting in the first few years of practice. What’s more, instructing counsel can be a minefield, in ensuring the barrister you choose has the necessary expertise but is also someone you can work with in pursuing your case to a successful outcome.
As well as litigation, counsel are on hand to provide advice and written opinions on your case and its merits. Why not develop a relationship with counsel early in your career? All workshops will run from 6pm for one hour followed by a drinks reception.
