PwC Legal has advised the senior management team on the sale of Eden Springs, the water cooler business, which has been acquired by Cott, the NYSE listed beverage manufacturer, for an Enterprise Value of €470m from Rhone Capital. Completion is due to take place subject to regulatory clearances. The PwC Legal team was led by corporate partners Peter Workman and Oliver Williams, assisted by Laura Peachy and Alec Gosiewski, together with other colleagues from across the firm. Linklaters acted for Rhone Capital and White and Case acted for Cott Beverages.
