Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, Goodwin Proctor and Morgan Lewis & Bockius have won roles on Pearson’s US corporate panel.
The review followed the education publishers’ separate review of its US litigation roster, which was finalised just last month.
A similar process was undertaken by general counsel Bjarne Tellmann in the UK last year, with firms appointed to separate rosters covering M&A, commercial and employment.
Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin Procter and Morgan Lewis & Bockius were appointed to the panel alongside Dorset & Whitney and Sullivan & Cromwell.
Morgan Lewis advised from the US on Pearson’s sale of the Financial Times last year and has been a longstanding adviser to the company.
The firm, along with Goodwin Procter and Dorsey & Whitney also won roles on the US litigation roster, which consisted of a number of other firms including Steptoe & Johnson and Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton.
