HNA Aviation Group has agreed to acquire a majority stake in SR Technics Group from Mubadala Development Company. SR Technics is a Swiss-based provider of aircraft, component, engine and aviation technical services. HNA Aviation is the aviation division of the HNA Group, which owns Hainan Airlines and Hong Kong Airlines. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
