Stankovic & Partners (NSTLAW) has advised the buyer of a hotel and shopping mall in a transaction worth €24m.
Swedish investor Savana purchased the Ramada Hotel and shopping centre Mall of Montenegro in Podgorica from Gintasmont, subsidiary of Turkish Gintas Group, in a unique asset deal worth €24m.
In order to proceed with the transaction, consent was obtained from the mortgage creditors, including the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Slovenian NLB Bank.
Savana was represented by NSTLAW and Kastratovic Law Office from Podgorica, Gintas Group has been represented by the attorney at law from Podgorica Milorad Janjevic, while the law office Harrisons Solicitors represented the IFC.
