Collas Crill’s UK real estate team has acted for Vizuality Studios UK Limited on the lease of its first chain of virtual reality arenas, designed for professional and corporate use.
Vizuality, based in Jersey, opened its first studio in Liverpool earlier this month and is looking to open next in Culver City, California – home of MGM Studios.
The Collas Crill team included group partner Michael Morris who advised in relation to the premises.
