Ogier acted for the buyer of the BHS site in King Street in the £18m purchase that completed on Friday 26 August 2016.
The building’s new owner plans to bring the Flannels brand to the Island and has said in separate statements that it plans to create 50 jobs and that the store – one of the biggest on the Jersey high street – will open by Christmas.
Partner Raulin Amy led Ogier’s work on the deal, supported by consultant Chris Renouf and senior associate Alexander Curry.
