AutoForm Group’s shareholder sold a majority stake in the company to Astorg Partners on 22 July 2016.
AutoForm Group is a leading provider of software solutions for the design and sheet metal forming simulation.
Astorg Partners is an independent private equity company.
Walder Wyss advised the shareholder on the transaction. Markus Vischer (partner, corporate/M&A) and Stefan Knobloch (counsel, corporate/M&A) led the transaction.
