Stewarts Law has today launched a new trust and probate litigation practice with the hire of James Price from Farrers.
James, who joins as a partner and head of the newly created department, is well known in the market for contentious trusts and probate work.
The department will act for high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, trustees and trust companies in contentious trusts and probate matters both in the UK and internationally.
