Khaitan & Co advised The Bank Of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd, Bank of America Merrill Lynch International Limited, Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited and DBS Bank Limited in relation to a corporate guarantee provided by Cipla Limited to secure the obligations of Cipla (EU) Limited and InvaGen Pharmaceuticals Inc in relation to the term loan facility of U$550m for refinancing existing bridge facilities.
