Ogier in Jersey advised Paloma Capital LLP in relation to the launch of a Jersey Private Placement Fund. The fund was established to make investments in UK real estate.
The fund is a closed ended limited partnership, with a Jersey corporate general partner, which is also the fund’s sub-threshold AIFM.
Ogier also advised in relation to the establishment of four underlying Jersey property unit trusts to make the fund’s first investments, and the execution of the fund’s initial portfolio acquisitions.
The Ogier team advising on the fund launch was led by partner Niamh Lalor, assisted by senior associate Dilmun Leach. Partner Richard Daggett led the advice on the establishment of four underlying Jersey property unit trusts, assisted by associate Amy Garrod.
