AFG Arbonia-Forster Holding AG successfully completed a private placement of 2,640,000 new shares via an accelerated book build process and raised gross proceeds of CHF37.8m. The new shares have been listed and admitted to trading with SIX Swiss Exchange on 22 September 2016. UBS AG acted as sole bookrunner and listing agent.
