Conyers Dill & Pearman was honoured to be named Offshore Law Firm of the Year at the China Law & Practice Awards held at the Park Hyatt in Beijing. This is the second time the firm has won this prestigious award having won in 2014. The firm also received the TMT Deal of the Year award for the US$3.3bn buyout of WuXi PharmaTech in which the firm acted for the buying consortium.
