Shoosmiths has advised Mabey Group on in the sale of properties at Chepstow, South Wales and Chatham Maritime, Kent with a combined value of over £19m.
Shoosmiths’ real estate team advised Mabey Group on the sale of Newhouse Distribution Park in Chepstow to AluK Limited for £13.1m.
Shoosmiths’ real estate partner Nathan Rees led on the deal, assisted by associates Laura Limpus and Nick Dalgleish, with specialist input from Shoosmiths’ construction team. The Shoosmiths team advised Mabey on all aspects of the sale, including dovetailing the decommissioning of the site by specialist contractors in order for AluK to then take access and adapt the property for its use.
