Brian Lacy – whose practice includes commercial litigation, insolvency and trust disputes – is speaking at a session on “Building the picture from Day One”, which covers the key initial steps to take at the outset of an insolvency appointment.
INSOL International is the federation of national associations of lawyers and accountants involved in insolvency work, with around 10,000 members worldwide.
