Oasis Group, the fastest growing records and information management (RIM) company in Europe, has recently completed six acquisitions in the Netherlands, UK and Republic of Ireland markets.

Since November, the company has secured the RIM business of Meta Archiefbewaarneming (Mierlo, the Netherlands), Anglian Archives (Norwich, UK) and EndEx Archives (Ipswich, UK). In addition, Oasis Group recently closed on the purchase of a records centre building in Ashbourne, Ireland.

On December 9th, Oasis secured C21 Data Services, the legacy Recall assets of Iron Mountain Incorporated located in Aberdeen and Dundee, Scotland and on December 13th, the RIM business of National Archive Records Management located in Limerick, Ireland. This landmark purchase places Oasis in the Scottish market for the first time.

Collectively this totals 25 acquisitions to date for the group.

The funding for the transactions have been led by finance partner Liam Carney with assistance from property partner John Campbell and finance associate Sarah Pickering.
