Ogier has recruited two senior lawyers to strengthen its Guernsey dispute resolution team with a particular focus on its leading restructuring and insolvency practice.
Counsel Alex Horsbrugh-Porter and Associate Michael Rogers have joined the team, which has also recently seen the return of partner Simon Davies after the conclusion of the Carlyle hearings – the biggest and longest-running commercial litigation in Guernsey’s history.
