Gateley advised Apollo Betting and Gaming Ltd, on the sale of their online gambling and betting business to SeanieMac Holdings Ltd (“Holdings”) for up to $2m.
Holdings is a subsidiary of SeanieMac International Ltd which is a publicly listed company in the US operating out of Ireland.
