DWF’s former managing partner Andrew Gregory has joined insolvency group Leonard Curtis Business Solutions as its first in-house counsel.
Gregory was most recently a consultant at DWF, but has held a number of other roles in his 25 years at the firm, including managing partner and business restructuring head.
He was also the lead partner on DWF’s purchase of collapsed law firm Cobbetts in 2013, after merger talks between the two broke down in the previous year.
Gregory, who is also a qualified mediator, worked with the directors of Leonard Curtis while at DWF.
He will based in Manchester and hgis appointment is intended to help the company develop the insolvency services it offers to both existing corporate and SME clients.
