Ciklum is an international company with Scandinavian roots which was established in 2002. The company is operating in the sphere of software outsourcing. Сiklum is one of top five IT companies in Ukraine with its offices located in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Odessa and Vinnytsia.
In November 2015 the Ukrainian Redevelopment Fund LP established by George Soros became a co-owner of the Danish IT-outsourcer through buy-out of a company share owned by Horizon Capital (an investment company), as well as of a part of stock shares held by the Ciklum’s owner Torben Majgaard.
