NCTM Studio Legale has assisted Schlegel International, a division of Tyman Plc (listed on the London Stock Exchange), the acquisition of Giesse Group, specialising in accessories for aluminum windows and doors, with offices in Italy, Argentina, France, Greece, India, Portugal , Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Brazil, North America and China. The transaction was made through the purchase of the entire share capital of the Italian parent company Giesse Industrial Group SpA and, separately, the Brazilian company Giesse Brasil, as well as certain assets and liabilities Giesse Gulf.
