In Chambers’ 2016 Global Guide, Colibri Law Firm is ranked as Band 1 in Uzbekistan, Band 4 in Kazakhstan, Band 2 in Kyrgyzstan, Band 2 in Tajikistan, and is the only firm to be recognised as a “Desk based Abroad” in Turkmenistan.

Sofia Shaykhrazieva
Sofia is recognised for her expertise on both Kazakh and Uzbek law, with Chambers noting her “in-depth knowledge of project financing, commercial lending and bank acquisitions” in Kazakhstan and the fact that she “acts for a number of large multinationals” in Uzbekistan.
Otabek Suleimanov
Otabek is listed for his work in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. Denis Bagrov
Denis is recognised for his work in both Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. On the Kyrgyz side, Denis’s work on a project covering the corporate restructuring of the Kumtor gold mining project is highlighted.
