LK Shields has advised Halewood Wine & Spirits, the UK’s leading independent drinks manufacturer and distributor, on its acquisition of a significant stake in West Cork Distillers.
West Cork Distillers is one of only two independently owned and operated distilleries in Ireland. Its products include the Drombeg, Lough Hyne, West Cork, Two Trees and Kennedy brands which are exported into 50 markets worldwide.
Halewood already distributes West Cork’s products in eight markets.
