Aurobindo Pharma Limited is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, involved in manufacturing of generic pharmaceuticals and active pharmaceutical ingredients.
The Firm acted as the legal counsel to the Promoter Group (sellers). Nikhilesh Panchal (Partner), Arindam Ghosh (Partner) and Moin Ladha (Associate Partner) represented the client on the transaction.
