Carey Olsen has made another strategic appointment in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) to its dispute resolution and insolvency team.
Senior associate Tim Wright advises on a wide range of litigation matters; his recent work included acting for the claimant in the high-profile dispute over the ownership of luxury hotel group Aman Resorts. The case involved proceedings in London, the BVI and an international arbitration.
