Maravela & Asociatii has advised the German group Eberspacher on opening a new plant in Romania.
The Eberspacher Group focuses on system development and supplying of exhaust technology, vehicle heaters, and bus air conditioning systems. The factory, a multi-million euro project, will produce catalytic converters and exhaust silencers for European automobile manufacturers. According to Maravela, this is the group’s first investment in Romania.
The Maravela team was coordinated by Co-Managing Partners Alina Popescu and Marius Patrascanu. According to the firm, it continues to assist with all operational aspects of the German group within the country, with a team coordinated by Popescu and Senior Associate Mihai Buciuman.
